The bakery opened in its current location in 1991. In 2003, the bakery changed name to Adam's bakery. With this change we started to focus more on local Fairfield customers, their needs and requests. Our primary goal is to produce high standard baked goods without any preservatives or stabilizers and outstanding customer service. We bake large variety of products of American and European origin. Selection of baked goods was greatly increased since our opening to meet varying tastes of our customers. Adam's bakery is well known for creating spectacular wedding cakes and birthday cakes. Our bakers, cake designers and sales associates take great pride in everything they create for you, our customers.
